How do you work with artisans? We partner directly with indigenous artisans and leather craftspeople, committed to fair wages and sustainable practices. Every purchase supports traditional craftsmanship and helps preserve cultural heritage whilst providing a consistent income to our communities.

What shipping methods do you offer? We offer Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Tracked 24. For orders over 50 pounds, Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping is FREE.

Processing time: We process orders daily, excluding UK public holidays. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched.

Do you offer returns and exchanges? Yes, we offer exchanges for faulty or defective items. Products must be returned in the condition they were received.

For non-faulty and defective items, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us at hello@mexxol.co.uk with photos of the product, and we'll guide you through the process.

What if my product arrives damaged? We'd love to make it right! Please contact us immediately at hello@mexxol.co.uk with photos of the damaged item. In most cases, we'll send a replacement at no additional cost.

How long does delivery take? After processing your order (up to 3 business days), shipping typically takes:

Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1-2 business days
